Helpers is a role focused on boxes, wrapping smaller furniture and pictures, carrying out smaller tasks the driver may ask them to do and running items to and from the truck.
The Movers role includes backing up trucks, door/floor protections, and has an emphasis on wrapping furniture, couches, larger items, more valuable items, boxes, some disassembly, beds, etc.
Drivers main role is to drive the truck, they also help with high value items, loading the truck, the handling of TVs, appliances, disassembly, paperwork and procedures.
The Operations Intern assists with the activities of the operations and production staff and works closely with our sales team and Operations Manager on planning, organizing, and controlling administrative functions.
This includes developing effective service mechanisms and providing leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Operations Intern serves as the communication bridge between our team members in the field to our office staff.

Duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about our services and recommending the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
To be successful as a Sales Associate, you should stay up-to-date with the moving industry and maintain our company’s visual appearance in high standards.
